With more than 40 years of experience in agriculture and international trade, our Founder began his journey in 1981 with a deep belief in the power of Vietnamese agriculture to reach the global market. From tea and rice to logistics and export services, each chapter of his career built a strong foundation of knowledge in farming, supply chains, and international standards. These decades of learning shaped a long-term vision for modern, sustainable agriculture driven by technology and innovation. Inspired by Vietnam’s national high-tech agriculture strategy, the company restructured its direction in 2021 and returned to its agricultural roots. After nearly a decade of research and hands-on study, bananas were chosen as the core crop — a symbol of scalability, sustainability, and global potential. Today, Phu Lam operates over 150 hectares of premium farms in Tay Ninh, applying advanced cultivation technologies and digital management systems to deliver high-quality agricultural products to global markets, with plans to expand to 500 hectares by 2028.
