With more than 40 years of experience in agriculture and international trade, our Founder began his journey in 1981 with a deep belief in the power of Vietnamese agriculture to reach the global market.

Starting with tea production in the northern highlands, he later expanded into rice processing at 300 MT per day, packaging logistics, and agricultural trading — always focused on quality and sustainability.

Recognising the global demand for premium tropical fruit, he restructured his business in 2021 to focus entirely on high-tech banana farming. After years of soil research and preparation, Phu Lam Agriculture was established in February 2023.

Today, we farm on over 300 hectares in Tay Ninh Province and our mission is simple: to bring the very best of Vietnam's agricultural heritage to the world's most demanding markets.
