Phu Lam Agriculture Trading and Services Co., Ltd. is built on more than 40 years of experience in agriculture and export. Our journey began in 1981 with tea production and export, where we successfully built one of the most well-known tea brands in the Cambodian market. We later expanded into rice processing at nearly 300 metric tons per day, then into packaging and transportation services supporting the agricultural and aquaculture sectors in Vietnam's Mekong Delta.
In alignment with Vietnam's national strategy for high-tech agriculture, our founder devoted years to researching and learning from both domestic and international agricultural models — driven by a clear vision to identify a crop with strong potential for sustainability, scalability, and global competitiveness. In 2021, Phu Lam officially committed to high-tech and sustainable farming, selecting banana cultivation as our core focus.
By 2023, this vision became reality. Today, Phu Lam operates over 300 hectares of premium banana farms in Tay Ninh, built on modern agricultural practices and strict quality control standards. Our ambition is to expand to 1,000 hectares within the decade.
